Audio Visual Archives

About the Publisher

Audio Visual Archives (AVA) is a young, innovative and dynamic publishing house providing high quality, professional resources in an alternative format.

AVA was established in 2004 by Dr Kamal Touma who is now its Director and Chief Editor of Psyche Visual and Sexual Health Visual; AVA's two flagship publications. AVA aims to deliver the highest quality subject specific content from around the world. In conjunction with numerous partners, AVA have compiled video libraries which have acted in support of academic and professional research, teaching and professional growth and development.

AVA's publications are fast becoming central resources for university libraries, hospitals, private professional practices and numerous other professional and academic institutions around the world. Many presentations are by invited speakers; experienced clinicians and leaders in their fields. The sites offers interactive capabilities so on some occasions users will have direct interaction with speakers. Presentations and papers submitted undergo an editorial review process before being made available on the platform.

Each video provides video stream, MP3 download, accompanying PDF (or PPT Presentation), complete author information and a brief abstract of the video's content.
